Cookie Policy
What cookies we use, why, and how you can control them.
This Cookie Policy explains how FrostChanger (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the Elevion website and application. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies like localStorage, session storage, and pixels. Below, “cookies” refers to all of these.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the Service to work. They cannot be disabled.
__Host-elevion: your login session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, only sent to elevion.cc. Expires after 30 days without use.__Host-elevion_in: says only that you're signed in, with no login data, so our pages can show “Open dashboard” instead of “Log in”. It is removed when you log out and expires with your session.__Host-elevion_pending: remembers that you just signed up, so confirming your email in another tab signs you in here. Expires after 24 hours.__Host-elevion_ig: a one-time value that protects the Instagram connection step. Expires after 15 minutes.__Host-elevion_checkout: links a checkout to the browser that paid, so your account can be set up right after. Expires after 24 hours.
Functional
These cookies remember your preferences and improve your experience.
- Your setup progress, the workspace and the Instagram account you last picked. Stored in localStorage on your device and never sent with requests.
Analytics / performance
We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel). We count visits with our own statistics that work without cookies and without third parties: the page you open, the website or campaign that sent you, your country (from your IP address), your device type, and a short pseudonymous visitor ID calculated from your IP address and browser. That ID changes every day, so visits can't be linked across days, and your IP address itself is never stored. If you're signed in, a visit is linked to your account so we can see which features customers use. Daily visit records are deleted after 400 days.
Marketing / advertising
We do not use advertising cookies or sell user data to advertisers.
Payment processors
When you check out, our payment processor Stripe may set its own cookies to process the transaction and prevent fraud. These are governed by Stripe’s own privacy and cookie policy:
- Stripe: stripe.com/privacy
Your choices
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly-necessary cookies will break the Service (you will not be able to sign in). For California residents, you can exercise your CCPA rights by contacting [email protected]. For EEA/UK users, our cookie use is based on your consent for non-essential categories, and you can withdraw consent at any time via your browser.
Do Not Track
Our Service does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, since there is no industry consensus on how to interpret them. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for California residents as an opt-out of sale/sharing (we do not sell or share personal information regardless).
Updates to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the application or by email.
