How ManyChat charges
Each ManyChat plan includes a set number of active contacts a month: 250 on Essential, 2,500 on Pro, 7,500 on Business and 25,000 on Advanced. Every active contact above that is billed, from $0.10 each on Essential to $0.004 on Advanced. When a reel brings in thousands of new commenters, the bill for that month goes up with them. How Elevion charges
Elevion has two flat plans: Creator at €29.99 a month and Business at €249.99 a month, less when billed yearly. There are no per-contact or per-DM fees, so a viral reel doesn't change the price. Elevion keeps sending at a pace within Instagram's hourly limits, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial without a card.

- ManyChat counts a person as an active contact when they interact with you during the billing month, and the count resets every month. Each active contact above your plan's allowance is billed, even on yearly plans.
- Can I limit ManyChat's extra contact charges?
- ManyChat lets you set a cap on extra contact charges and warns you at 70%, 90% and 100% of your plan's limit. Elevion has no per-contact charges to cap.
- I signed up for ManyChat before March 2026. Does this apply to me?
- Not yet in every case. ManyChat says accounts created before 2 March 2026 keep the older Pro pricing by total contacts, from $15 a month for 500 contacts, and are being moved to the new model country by country.
